New Chairman Board of Directors
On 10 March 2010 Mr. L.J.J.M. Lutz resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Lutz will remain a member of the Board of Directors. 
In 2006 Mr. Lutz started the expansion of the international activities of the company. Since then the company has grown in the area of International Corporate Management Services. 

Mr. A.G.M. Nagelmaker is appointed as new Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Nagelmaker has a vast experience in the area of International Corporate Management Services.
