André Nagelmaker (born 1962) started his professional career in 1988 after his study on the University of Leiden (Masters Degree Business Law) and has been actively involved in the set up and structuring of investment and finance companies owned by major international corporate and financial institutions. The responsibilities involved included compliance with Dutch and international legal, fiscal and financial regulations and laws, the evaluation of financial, legal and processing risks in such companies and supporting the development of their activities in general. As from 1998 André has acted as Managing Director of the Corporate Services activities. In 2008 André became statutory director of ANT and next to his business function he is also member of the board of the Dutch Association International Management Services (VIMS)
